Seller net = list price × (1 − seller fee). If you set a target net, required list = net / (1 − seller fee). Buyer-facing totals add an estimated service fee so you can see whether your listing will look expensive next to the same seats on another site. StubHub states that sell fees vary by price, demand, and time to event; Ticketmaster Resale fees are event-specific and some inventory is face-value only.
