How this calculator works
Tiles along a side = ceil((room + grout) / (tile + grout)). Total = columns x rows, then increased by the waste percent and rounded up. Irregular rooms, niches, and diagonal layouts need more waste than 10%.
Does not include thinset, grout volume, or edge profiles. Keep extra from the same caliber and shade.
